The Canadian government has officially reject the BHP bid for Postah $POT. $POT share fall, BHP rise. Feds has decided to start with another round of quantitative easing, starting with 600B, more than market has expected. Stock expected to rise.

Canadian premier Stephen Harper is due to announce his decision on the BHP takeover on Potash today, Investment Canada has approved with a few strings, however investors are expecting 150-160/share price range. Feds will possibly announce second round of quantitative easing, 500b initial investment expected.
